The system includes a detection function that flags missing or misaligned labels during operation.

For coding applications, Sanying provides ribbon, pneumatic, and steel stamp machines. Ribbon coders operate at speeds up to 100 pieces per minute on plastic, paper, and metal packaging, while pneumatic models create indelible marks on hard surfaces such as glass and metal cans. All coding units support adjustable font sizes and print positioning.

The vacuum packaging line features dual-pump systems with adjustable vacuum levels from -0.06 to -0.095 MPa, with chamber sizes customizable to accommodate different product dimensions. Shrink packaging machines use POF, PE, and PVC film, with tunnel temperatures adjustable from 80 to 200 degrees Celsius and conveyor speeds ranging from 0 to 10 meters per minute. Can seaming machines complete the lineup, providing hermetic sealing for metal containers used in beverage and food canning.

All equipment is built with stainless steel frames (304 or 316L) for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, meeting hygiene requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications. Each machine undergoes 72-hour continuous operation testing before shipment, with performance parameters verified and logged for quality traceability.
